Up and running in a morning.
You do not need to install anything to get started. Try a lesson, run a group session and see what has stuck after a month.
Eight-week pilot
One group starts and a comparable group waits. We measure how the answers hold up over the following weeks.
The whole organisation
Ready-made programmes for everyone, for shift workers and for the people who build and run your systems. Management gets its own modules.
How it works in practice.

Group session at shift handover
The lesson can play on a screen in the break room. Participants join with the QR code on their phone, at a kiosk with their employee number, or from the shift list that the leader ticks off. The question is answered on the phone or by a show of hands. Robustium keeps the attendance list, and the leader downloads it afterwards. No one needs to send anything.
The weekly flow
Every week, each employee gets an email with the week's lesson and a personal link, on a computer or phone. Questions on the same topic come back over the following weeks. The flow runs by itself. New staff start on their own week one, and when a track is done the next one takes over.
Follow-up per person
You see who has done what, by department and by person, and how the answers hold up over time. The view can be clean or look like a garden where the carrots grow. You can show the one-page follow-up report to management and to supervisory authorities.
The screen in the break room
A view for the TV shows how many of your staff have done this week's lesson, with a thank-you to everyone. Only totals, never names.
Principle sheets and question lists
The principle sheets are printed on A4 with your organisation's name. The management modules have a list of questions to take to the next meeting.
Personal data
No personal data is needed to take a lesson. In a group session, an optional label such as a name or an employee number is saved with the time and the answer. The attendance list needs it. Everything is deleted 30 days after the session.
Follow-up for every role.
The security lead sees the whole organisation, a manager their own team one level down, and each person their own course. The organisation chooses whether the views are clean or have pictures.
Works with what you have.
Users come from your directory or a list. Nobody has to be entered by hand.
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Okta
- Other directories with SCIM 2.0
- Active Directory
- Google Workspace
- Your payroll system or Excel
With Entra ID, Okta or another directory with SCIM 2.0, new starters, changes and leavers are updated automatically. From Active Directory, Google Workspace, the payroll system or Excel, you upload a list. Personal data is stored encrypted.
What we measure.
We measure how many people take the lessons and how the answers hold up in new situations in the weeks after. We compare with a group that has not started yet.
